Cancellation Policy

Our tables are sourced, styled, and staffed for your event specifically. The following policy protects both parties and reflects the perishable, made-to-order nature of the service.

Timeline

• More than 7 days before your event: deposit is forfeited; no balance is charged.
• 3 to 7 days before your event: 50% of the total is charged.
• Less than 3 days before your event: 100% of the total is charged.

Rescheduling

If you need to move your date we'll do our best to accommodate — subject to availability and at our discretion. Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days out can typically be applied to a new date without penalty.

Weather & force majeure

For outdoor events, we'll coordinate with you on weather contingency. Cancellations due to declared emergencies, severe weather, or venue closures are handled case-by-case.
