Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Eden & Co. website (edenandcoevents.com) and the services offered through it. By placing a booking or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Eden & Co. provides grazing table design, styling, and on-site setup for private and corporate events. Menu items, imagery, and pricing are indicative — final menus are confirmed at booking based on seasonality and availability.

2. Booking & payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your event date. The remaining 50% is automatically invoiced and due seven (7) days before your event. Events within seven days require full payment at booking. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout and paid by the client.

3. Cancellations & changes

See our Cancellation Policy. Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability and are treated as a rebooking of the deposit at our discretion.

4. Allergens & dietary needs

Grazing tables contain dairy, gluten, nuts, and cured meats. While we take reasonable care to identify allergens, our kitchen is not allergen-free. Guests with severe allergies should exercise their own judgment.

5. Venue & access

The client is responsible for confirming venue rules, providing safe access at setup time, and a suitable surface for the table. Delays caused by venue access issues may reduce styling time without affecting the fee.

6. Photography

Eden & Co. may photograph completed tables for portfolio and marketing use. Notify us in writing if you prefer to opt out.

7. Liability

Eden & Co.'s aggregate liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
