Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable — they secure your date, cover initial planning, and reserve product from our suppliers. Balance charges follow the timeline in our Cancellation Policy.

Eligible refunds

• If Eden & Co. cancels your event due to circumstances on our side, you receive a full refund of anything paid.
• Documented service failures on the day of the event are reviewed case-by-case; partial refunds may apply.
• Duplicate charges or billing errors are refunded in full once verified.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

Email orders@edenandcoevents.com with your booking reference and a short description. We reply within one business day.
